CoreWeave (CRWV), an AI-powered cloud infrastructure provider, has acquired London-based Monolith AI Limited in a MOVE that expands its industrial AI solutions. The undisclosed deal sent CRWV shares up 1.5% in extended trading, continuing a 235% rally since its IPO.

The acquisition combines CoreWeave's specialized AI cloud platform with Monolith's physics-informed machine learning technology. Nissan, BMW, and Honeywell already use Monolith's platform to accelerate product development cycles—a capability CoreWeave will now integrate into its full-stack offering for manufacturing enterprises.
